I'm sure a lot of us can testify to this, we all have memories of good and bad moments with our insurance houses. However this experience will add to my good, i would like to take this opportunity to thank these ladies that managed to turn a negative experience into a great lasting experience not only did they retain me as one of their client they gave me a good reason to smile again. I recently celebrated my 1year anniversary with MiWay and was promised earlier this year that on my anniversary they will re-look at my premium. Not only did they look into my premium they ended up saving me close to R185 odd rands, compliments to the following ladies that i have been dealing with from MiWay who made me feel like a president. Their names are as follows: Busi Mahlangu, Queen and Nomsa Malinga. Have a blessed festive season and please give all your clients the service you gave me, in good and in bad times.
