Who will pay?

I wish to settle a Direct Axis loan (a FirstRand Bank Limited company). I have an email from them listing the banking detail.
I am an FNB account holder. I have the funds to settle the above loan. Its well within my daily limit. Easy.

I need to add the FNB/FRB beneficiary with the relevant account, branch & ref numbers. Simple. Done it many times. Not on the new FNB website.., you don't. Spent more than an hour on the phone, my cost. Premier suite staff could not assist after 3 calls. Branch codes revert to incorrect ones. Three (3) hours later, presto, I get it to work. All numbers and codes correct! I select to add the recipient. And I receive the one time pin. All fine, I enter the pin and now I have the options to Cancel, Edit or Confirm. So I confirm. And get another OTP and... the same. I now have 4 OTP numbers which was entered every time I select Confirm and expect the recipient to be added. Jules tells me if I provide him with my card and pin number he can do it for me. So much for all FNB phising warnings. Jules apologises for the problems they have with the new site. The FirstRand Bank loan will be settled late. FNB, will you bear the cost? Phone my loss. This stinks
