Shocking service

I applied for a new FNB cheque account on 2 July 2013. I did the application on the internet and also telephonically with a guy named Fayaaz. I was told that my cards would be delivered within 7 working days. To date, today is the 18th, nothing. I have called at least 3 times to check, each time I am told they will escalate the issue and some one will contact me. No one has contacted me. I have sent the details for the free debit order switching. Also not yet done, same runaround when making queries.

It is a pity that FNB cannot walk the advertising talk. I have resisted changing bank accounts for years due to the hassle factor. FNB make it sound so easy and painless, well it is anything but.

Absolutely shocking service, I wish I could just cancel it all and stay with my old bank.
