Never in my life have i received or not received such service, i tried calling FNB insurance brokers the whole of yesterday to make a claim on a lost phone, 1stly u get promised to be called back that never happens, then when they pick up your call they make u hold for more that twenty minutes... they only have two people that can help but they are never availabe... the only way to resolve this is for me to reverse the debits when they go through
