Whom it may concern
I have phoned twice in one month about this issue. In may I noticed that my online account shows 2 smart device accounts. my original got and i replaced it with FNB after insurance payed out.
To my dismay on the 25th of May my account was debited twice for a device. First the normal fee of R229 but also a second fee of R235. I phoned immediately and was assured that this will get sorted out. I waited patiently and after a month the account has been removed from my online profile but my money not returned. I phoned again and after a lot of frustration I get promised that this will be sorted out in 3 working days.
It has been 6 working days and as of yet no resolution. It pains me to say but the service I have been receiving from FNB the past year has been dismal.
