Since it seems follow up and follow thrgh was never tought at my bank fnb i will go ahead and give them feedback.on advise by ur consultant i restored my whole phne system and it detelted everything as he said it wil and after i first thng i did was chck th anroid version which AND WAT DO U KNW.IT WAS STIL 4.1.2.SIR U WERE TELING ME NONSENSE AND HAD ME DELET MY THINGS FOR NOTHING! SO SORT OUT HOW TO HELP ME AND STOP TELING ME ABOUT PHNE VERSIONS! AND TO THE PPL AT EBUCKS.I RELLY DONT APPERCIATE MAIL SAYING U WIL DECUTE MY EBUCK BECUZ I HAV BEEN INACTIVE, I HAVE NOT BEEN HAPPY!!! YOU CAN TAKE ALL THE STUPID EBUCKS FOR ALL I CARE SINCE YOU TAKING UR GOOD TIME WITH THE STUPID CARD! HOW CAN THEY HELP ME MY FOOT!!!
