NOT RECEIVING EBUCK ON PETROL TRANSACTIONS

Good day

I don't even know what to say anymore. STEVE STEVE STEVE adverts constantly but terribly useless at service.
I have had EBUCKs with FNB for so long. I receive EBUCKS on my transactions done at DISCHEM but they wont give me my EBUCKS on my petrol transaction that i pay with my cheque card.
i had a garage card linked which they told me does not generate EBUCKS so i solely use my CHEQUE card for the past 7 months.
what is going on with FNB.i have been to the manager of the MAIN street branch in randburg for the past 5 months and every time time i go to him my file is always on his desk and he cant give me an answer up-til now.
i cannot understand how a big bank such as this cant give me an answer...
i want my ebucks...
