All round bad experience with The Unlimited. Monday morning at 8am I was on the website, went to the Contact Us tab and put in my details to be contacted regarding their HomeRite policy as I was very interested in taking this up. after 4 hours I called in, someone put me on hold for 5minutes then took down my details and assured me someone will call me within 30minutes. At 3pm I called back in to speak to someone who can help to sign up my policy, spoke to someone who advised this product isnt available for purchase at this time as they are not marketing yet I KNOW OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE COVER. terrible all round experience I will never take up any policies with you guys, please remove me from your database!!!
