So this morning at 09:14 my wife get's a call on her cell from Herman who want to know if she would be interested in Absa Rewards. I thought her to always take the person callings name, if something like this happens. She told him no not at the moment, in a very polite manner and he just drops the call in her ear without saying anything further.
Now what kind of image does this portray about Absa? I am not very happy about the rudeness and manner this person has treated my wife. And who knows, how many other customers.
I think he seriously needs some manners and a course in client relations.
