Quick to Charge Overlimit fee, but slow to inform

FNB has a nasty habit of charging a R280 Over-limit fee, but slow to inform of over balance or due time.

On : 05/07/2013 I was charged R230 (Statement) NOT 17 (as per Prem. Banker!) And the SMS notice send/rec on the 06/07/2013...

The Premier banker response is arrogant also (Yes I could check my banking every day, but we are busy also)

Their response: Your statement closed on the 13th of June and on the 14th of June a sms notification was send to you regarding your balance and statement was send via email. The over limit fee was only charged days later on the 17th of June.

FNB shall please refund this as there was less than 24hours notice ... (minus) 24 hours in fact... Thank you
