Monique Naude sent me a letter dated 28/06/13 confirming the balance of the credit card and that is valid until 15/07/15. Despite having received this letter, I received a call on Friday to make payment arrangements, which I did not do because it did not make sense. Again this morning I received a stupid phone call and a sms. How long does it take for a payment to reflect on your system? If you knew what you are doing there I would have not received the stupid phone call and sms that I received this morning. I will make sure that I pay the R8 that I owe you before the end of the business day and stop harassing me with calls and legal threating sms, why would you threaten me with legal action for a lousy R8. I am sure you have recovered your money, am just paying interests. The Bank is greedy and the staff is incompetent sies maan. Please don't to try and contact me. I have dealt with collection agents before but I have never received this kind of treatment, and threats for a R530 which most of it is interests. Your collection system in place is very annoying. Find out how long does it take for a payment to reflect so that in the near future you know when to call
