Hi
Well like most people i made the mistake of opening a credit account when times were good and i could afford it.
Then due to some twists in life i could no longer keep up with payments and the R.C.S group handed me over to R.L Daly attorneys, which i do agree with 100%. What i do not agree with is that when I do settle my account after making the needed payments faster than expected of me and still going out of my way to call them to make sure they received the last payment, they still want to send me a sms 8 days later to tell me that the payment wasn't received and that they are handing my account over to the legal department!!!
Then a few minutes later this woman who struggles to speak English correctly still phones me to make arrangements for the next payment!!! I went out of my way to phone you to make sure you received the payment and also to make sure you don't hassle me with anymore calls or messages and then you want to threaten me with a message like that again.
