I applied for a bond and there was a problem in terms of communication. I went to see Leana on the spur of the moment and explained my frustration. Leana consulted with Jonathan Davids. Within less than a week my loan was approved. More importantly both Leana and Jonathan phoned me on a daily basis to keep me informed. This was absolute brilliant service from their side. All a client wants is to be kept in the loop, no excuses just updates. The two of them are gems and ABSA can be proud to have them as part of their team. ABSA, please take note that this client is staying BECAUSE of THEM.
Thank you Leana and Jonathan for listening to the client and for delivering on your promises, it's worth more than anything else, I also learned a valuable lesson from this.
