No right to debit my account without consulting me

I am so angry right now but i guess i will have to carry this further to the Obudsman when am back in South Africa.

As a staff member of Standardbank i am digusted at the way i am being treated now i understand our customers fustration when it comes to such matters.

I cant understand Claire am so angry with you so help me your company you everything is a daylight i wouldve understood if you helped me and now i dont want to pay for the service you rendered. Ive been calling your office you keep telling people to say you not available is this how you treat your customers. Can you explain to me why was my account debited and from the time this transaction transpired thank i never went ahead with you to assist me with my Visa application.

Let me paint you a picture of how horrible both you and Standardbank is inconveincing me. My kids where attending extra tuitions since there havent been to school for the pass two months i had to stop that. As Muslims we fasting in this month and i dont even have food at the moment to break fast.
Both my litle kid between ages 1year 6months and 5months have not had proper milk or kimmbies and have been ill since the insurance i took
