I reported my laptop and tablet on Saturday 6 July 2013. Shaldon assisted me. He asked me to provide himwith the case number, ITC number of the tablet as well as the serial numbers of both items. (Why I dont know as they have it on record). He asked me if i owned other tablets or tablets. I said yes. Gave him all the info he asked for as well as the uninsured tablet's detail. Then he requested me to give him prove of purchase. I advised him that I only have the contract info as both items were on contract. Sent him proof of contracts. I had to call him on Monday 8 July to confirm that he got all the info and if he requires anything else. He said he has everything he needs to process the claim and he will give me feedback in 2 days. On Friday 12 July late afternoon he called me and said that he needs usage reports for my tablets. I advised him that the tablet had no simcard as I use itIin my rooter. My girlfriend uses the tablet as a kindle which meens no need for a simcard. He said I must still get the usage reports. I called vodacom immediately and they charge R22.50 per print. I am still waiting to hear from Shaldon to advise exactly what he wants and of what
