DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTED BUT STILL HANDED OVER

Dear Wonga,

After emailing for a week on and off regarding the debit order which you people actioned and then a month and a half later informing me (after probed) that I still owe R150 odd on this account, I now receive a lovely little sms that states I have been handed over.

I suggest that you contact me ASAP after you have retracted handing me over AND removed me from ITC as I refuse to be liable and have my name sullied because of your incompetence and total lack of customer service!

I spoke to a lady last week who advised of the outstanding amount (after no joy over emails because you don't know how to investigate) and not once did she mention anything about being handed over. Like I said to her as well, if you had INFORMED me back then, there would not have been an issue, but you dont even know that the debit order has been actioned and paid into your account?
