My iphone5 was and I have insurance through FNB. I have been calling FNB every day since the (9 days now). They have not contacted me once with follow up, and everytime I call again I have to relog the claim, then they say they need to get quotes, then they need to submit the quote, then they need to approve the quote etc etc. This shouldn't take over a week!!! I have now been sitting on hold for the past half hour!!!
