I received awesome service from Maritza Morton and the support staff from the Telesure Legal Recoveries team. It was a mission to kick start the process but once they had all the information they needed it took her literally just over a week to get my excess refund approved. She kept me updated and told me where she was facing problems and we worked together to resolve them. I'm super impressed with them.
