To whom it may concern - I get a telephone call every day regarding someone phoning on behalf of Standard Bank to collect money from me as being the payment of may account. Allthough the payment i made into the account on the 13th of June 2013 does reflect there (R6484), you apparantly still require for me to make another payment of R302.37, thus disregarding the credit i allready made. Why would you do so as i am not behind at all and have only exceeded the limit with R79?
I have been a client of your company for the past 3-4 years and my account conduct was always very good.
Please stop calling me every day as this is highly irritating and it makes me feel like a criminal (which i am not) and also do not charge me for this unsolicited phone calls. Should you wish to phone me in this respect, please do so after 17.00 on weekdays or on a Saturday morning.
