NO FEEDBACK AND MUST DO ALL THE WORK

Good day,
My husband, Ben Casper Palmer was in a car accident on the 5 June 2013. We phoned Mi-Way insurance and report it to Ms Margaret Contrera. I did send the documentation through to Ms Contrera on the 6 June 2013.
We were requested to furnish a copy of the vehicle registration document, accident report, change of ownership, copy of the latest statement regarding the vehicle finance. We send all the information through with the witnesses that saw that the lady didn't stop at the stopstreet, the police report. We informed her that because the car has not been fully paid Alphera Financial Services still have the vehicle registration forms. I phoned Alphera Financial Services and requested them the amount that the insurance must pay them and they informed me that they can only give it to the insurance agency. We did informed Ms Contrera but she informed my husband that he must get the papers and the amount before she can do anything. Isn't the insurance supposed to do all the admin. work? That is why you have a insurance isn't it? Why is this thing dragging on? Will you please help
