On the 05/6/2013 we logged a call with standard bank home insurance for leaking pipes, we had water leaking from the bathroom down into the kitchen (double story house) i have made several calls to standard bank at the time explain our situation, 1 of the ladies actually made a fool of me & told me that the weekend they would send the plumber and no one showed up or called us, the following monday i called again and st.b finally sent a plumber that was so drunk and rude to my partner. After 3 weeks of fighting and calling st.b they eventually sent another plumber and paid the money into my husband account. Monday the 1st of july they sent building contractors to us and on tuesday 09/7/2012 sent st.b "person" no idea what he does to check again the damages to our property, today is the 11/7/13 and still no one has confirmed with us what is going to be done, Standard bank staff are the worst people to work with and talking too, my calls are always being sent from 1 person to another, and the lady i callled this morning started screaming at me over the phone.people that i have had to talk too: candice Jonker (and no help) Tyrell Goveneder (no help), Alicia Dufftosen (screaming) Vumile (s
