I got a call from someone informing me that they keep getting sms's about a doctors account, is it mine... So I call these ppl and it ends up being a doctor's account that I need to pay, all good and well. But then the agent tells me the patient was some other guy that does not live with me, then another agent tells me I was the patient, which was both incorrect. So how do I just PAY based on such nonsense, I want proof, only to notice that the fact that I CALLED THEM ON MY OWN CELL PHONE ACCOUNT, gave them reason to charge me for an incoming call, what is that! Oh and then when they had to prove to me that it was in fact someone in my household who went to the doctor, and not the they told me over the phone, they also billed me for that!!! And little miss Michelle Delport finds it funny not to provide me with any info but just to send me the outstanding amount! No proof of such CONSULTANTION that she refers to that she apparently had with me! How the must I pay for all these charges that YOU HAVE NO PROOF OF??? Oh and then I make a payment, SO I GET CHARGED FOR THAT TOO!!!
