Incorrect billing

I have been a Miway client for a very long time and have been recommending it to my friends and colleagues. Everyone is very suprised lately on how i complain about my MiWay. it all started when i claimed on the 1st of July 2013 then i saw the true colours of this insurance. For my claim to get approved I had to make several calls on the progress of the claim and the claim Handler Moleboheng didnt even respond to my emails or call backs. i was asked to come clean as I allegely told the investigator wrong information about the accident. i had to fight to get a coutersy car and the car that i got is very small for my family, but i was told you get what you paid for. if this was expalined when i tiik the car hire i could have opted for a bigger car. Nevertheless on Monday MiWay thought i have not been frustrated enough the deducted R912 from my account without any reason, first i was told that it was a techical error and Tshidisho promised that they will refund me. Yesterday i phoned to check on the progress was told by Nwabisi it is for July 2011 billing. Yho! and she promised she will follow it up and call me before 15h00 yesterday, guess what still waiting! Very disappointed
