I request a settlement amount & received the details on 24-06.I transfer on 01-07 & sent the proof of payment. On 04-07 my payment is returned. I contact DA, Heather says because I'm transfering from Std bank, I need a different reference number. I increase my limit at Std bank AGAIN.I transfer the money with a new reference number & follow up. I speak to an array of consultants: Kimunye & Nafeesa on 05-07, Gaylene on 09-07:she phoned me back the next day but we cut off so she doesn't complete her explanation. I phone DA again and speak to Chris who informs me I need a new settlement amount which infuriates me because he didn't even bother to listen to the background. I tell him I don't want another amount. I phone again and speak to Nyanga and request that he transfers me to a manager-he puts me through to accounts-Priscilla gets the story and transfers me to Heather who helps me.By this time I get a message from my bank to say the payment is in my account AGAIN.Chris tells me I should pay cash.(Bank charges = R25 per R1000 transfered). Nobody can tell me why the money is returned. I phoned the manager and I'm waiting on feedback. I'm increasing my transfer limit AGAIN at the bank.
