I have been on the plan for 7 months now and recently found out I'm pregnant so I called customer care inquiring if they will cover me by the June next year and they simply said no i still have to wait for the 12 month waiting period so I calculated this and it turns out by June next year it will be twelve months already so i spoke to another consultant who told me send a letter at 4 months and I will be then covered so before I sent the letter I called again this time talking to Daniel Fourie he said that i will not be covered for my pregnancy on anything not premature labour nothing and neither will my baby after s/he is born and that in order to get baby covered i must call Oneplan after birth and register the baby! I am very disappointed I haven't claimed a single thing from this med insurance and this is how they treat a loyal customer!
