I have had a terrible experience trying to open a new FNB account (which has yet to be resolved and I'm sure the next hellopeter post will not be a compliment).
However, the only time that this has not been an uphill battle has been dealing with the employees responsible for the device application and delivery. In particular I would like to thank Elroy Jenniker who has been so friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.
If only the rest of FNB could be like this!
