Query regarding deceased account

I emailed on 24/06/2013 for information on how to deal with an account where the account holder has passed away overseas. I received a response on 27/06/2013 which did not answer my question - I responded and to date, have no further response. Please could a manager in the Deceased Estates department call me urgently.
