So..I bought an item and then asked them to put it on budget over a period of time. called the call centre and they created a budget for me but left the main amount (the reason for the request) as due.
So now, I must pay the budget amount and the initial amount... result, I go overdrawn.
Go to Absa branch and they cannot correct this. Cannot transfer the money to the overdrawn account either as it is at another baknk. Had to have a cheque drrawn and go deposit it... can you see the costs mounting?
Phone Absa again and explained... they say they understand and they will now create a budget for the amount of the cheque. This months statement, I owe then even more money!!!
EMailled them twice so I can speak to someone more intelligent who can fix this but alas no response
