I am truly disgusted, our I phone needed a screen repair and not only did it take 2 weeks to arrange but once they had collected the phone it was the end. No correspondence has been given and when I contacted them to find out when the phone would be completed the same parrot fashion line is repeated by all the call advisers " I will check please hold on, sorry I am unable to tell you but it is in the process of repair" Management are always in meetings and as for e-mailing them a complaint, what a complete waste of time, they either don't respond or the email simply cannot be sent for some or other error on their side. What utter rubbish, I paid my R150 for the repair, I pay the monthly instalments every month but when it comes to rendering the service, well who is to blame for the lack thereof, and why can no single person tell us where or when the phone will be fixed, no knowledgeable person is reachable. No need for this if you own this policy cancelling it would be the best idea...
