So after waiting very patiently for Thursday and Tuesday to pass, (I was told refunds are only paid on Tuesdays and Thursdays) I have still NOT received my refund from RCS. On my previous post they were ever so happy to confirm that my complaint has been resolved. This is absolute nonsense and don't believe what you read. I have not received my refund, and they are telling me it is because they only received my documents on Monday, when I sent it the previous Wednesday already, and confirmed that they have received my documents. Must I now go the legal route as it seems that is the only way I will get any sort of reaction
