Disappointing Service

I emailed Discovery about my Discovery Card statement and they forwarded my query to FNB, Mandisa was kind enough to respond with anemail pasted below, but was not kind enough to provide me with feedback she promised she would provide. I am so disappointed and feel so Violated by FNB as this is not my first billing/account complaint I am lodging with them. They disregard me, ignore me, I suppose to them I am just a fly that brings no business, they are used to big fishes that bring them lots of business. I say FNB because the people that have wronged me are employees of FNB. Talk about kicking a man when he is done. I feel like a small fish being chased by an over sized and no guessing who the big is... Can someone who cares enough to explain what and why I am still being billed on this card? I doubt I will get any satisfaction out of it like I did with my previous queries with FNB, of which I am still liable and no one bothered to acknowledge my Hello Peter complaint.
