Duplicated and early deductions

Capitek bank have been deducting money for my loan from my capitek savings acc and my nedbank acc every single month for the past four months now. They never do the reversal unless I call nd ask. They have no suitable answer as to why I get debited twice nd they simply don't care. I called the call centre last month nd spoke 2 Nomsese nd she was absolutely rude nd have no people skills whatsoever. She was a know it all nd I didn't appreciate her attitude. She refused to give me her surname, saying its against company policy! Deducting a debit order twice, affects my bottom line at the end of the day. I know for a fact that I'm not the 1st nd only customer complaining about duplication's at Capitek. Something rotten is going on there and it needs to be investigated. Why do I have 2 debit order deductions if I signed for only one? Why not cancel the other one after my 1st complaint? Why must I go and queue at the bank to fix their mess? That's why I do internet banking, because I wanna avoid long queues nd the frustration at banks. And Capitek bank ombudsman is just as useless. Someone needs to do a forensic audit at Capitek bank, a thorough one.
