I recently visited a makro branch to make bulk purchases.
The lady at the till was so helpful, there was a unit of concentrate Hall's juice that was spilling. It was the last one on the floor and we were told that we will get a discount on the unit.
She was so efficient and helpful in calling her line manager and explaining to him. We walked away totally happy. I would recommed some sort of recognition in her honour for the great customer service. She is a great example to many. And her smiles, high 5 Jolene.
