Compliments aren't as readily given as complaints, but I felt I had to comment on how incredible FNB has been since I decided to make the switch from ABSA in early December. The phone calls to follow-up on things, the great attitudes of the people on either the other side of the line or the counter, the ease of the process and the speed at which things progress, are all just a few things that makes me feel so completely justified in switching to them. So, as there are too many people to really thank, I'd like to say thanks to everyone at FNB for doing such a stellar job, you are truly a breath of fresh air.
