Today I called Miway insurance with the intention of cancelling my policy. I was offered a better premium from another company. Fortunately I got through to Telecia who was disappointing to have me go. She was kind and friendly and tried very hard to keep me. She managed to offer me a lower premium with a better excess! Her personalized service and eagerness to help was a breath of fresh air. The service is always good but today I was really impressed. I am happy to say I have not just left my car insurance at MiWay but I have also move my home insurance to them as well. Thank you so much for all your assistance; I am really immpressed
