Our geyser burst on 5/11 - never a good experience.
I phoned the Absa HOC Claims Line yesterday (6/11) and logged the claim.
Raoul (?) assisted and he was absolutely brilliant.
I received my SMS as promised to confirm my claim number.
Heleen from 24Fix phoned me yesterday afternoon and sent their technician, Mduduzi. He arrived on time and he and his team replaced our geyser. They were absolutely brilliant!
The whole experience was just amazing: painless, smooth and everyone involved exceeded expectations.
