6 weeks and NO progress!!!

I logged a call regarding a claim end-November which was never recorded.
Logged a call again mid December and received an SMS with call reference number but no further communications.
No feedback after several phone calls.
Wrote a report on Hello Peter and got instant response from an Assessor on 21 December and arranged for access to the property.

Have not heard a word since then.
Phoned for progress report earlier in Jan, twice last week and again today, with promises of reports and returned call same day.
NOTHING!!!
What must I do to get some feedback and assistance?!
