I have decided to cash out a policy of mine - which i confirmed can be done as the value meets the requirement - its been almost a month of chasing this and i received and email saying that i didnot meet the requirements to cash out - when i called the call centre the agent confirm that the email infomation was indeed incorrect and they now need to reopen my case and this will take another 5 working days, this is terribly poor service as there is never a delay should i be the one owing liberty - my account is always debtied in time - now when they need to credit me - I must keep chasing them - this is completely unacceptable.
