Transaction on my account not resolved

There was a transaction on my account on the 10 may 2013, it was done in eastern cape Whittlesea Spar, i was in Lenasia Johannesburg, Gauteng when this was done, I contact Rcs when i received a sms thanking me for the purchase, upon calling them they asked their dispute department to stop any further transactions and asked me to fax through an affidavit and a copy of 3 of my signatures, which was done on the same day, on the 11 i called to confirm receipt, which was done by Trey, who note Zahira who get the documents and it should be resolved in 22 working days, i called after 15 working days to find nothing had been actioned and they had still not gotten the reciept from spar, i have now called several times upon each time being promised that it will be resolved in a day or 2, it has costed me in access of R1500 airitme to contact them as they have never returned any of my call requests and there consultants have never reverted back to me as promised, i want this resolved Asap, i want my wasted cost due to the incompetence covered, everytime i asked for a teamleader no one nknew who it was or my call was cut, please call me after 5pm or email
