I received an sms from Rcs thanking me for my purchase of R4043.95.I immediately called 0861028889.While on the line with a consultant the Rcs Dept called me and asked if I was buying I said no. They said Theywill call me back which they did. I have explained to them I paid about over R18000 and paid up the account. When I paid up the account I destroyed my card. I called numerous times into the call centre and asked them to close my account which they assured me. The people who assisted me in the call centre did not do their work. Now I have to use my time and energy going to a police station for an affidavit and my petrol. Should this problem not be resolved as soon as possible I will consult my lawyer and take the necessary legal action against Rcs. This is real nonsense that I have to suffer while people don't do their work.
