I AM VERY DISSAPONTED IN CAPITEC BANK AS A BANK I CLOSED ALL MY FNB ACCOUNTS TO MOVE TO THEM AS I FIND THEIR SERVICES SO MUCH USER FRIENDLY. BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY DONT WANT TO ASSIST ME IN OPENING UP A NEW ACCOUNT BECAUSE MY ID BARCODE HAS BEEN DAMAGED. IF ONLY A ID IS THE PROBLEM IM DISSPOINTED.
