Capitec Bank
No help with bank account

I recently had to open a new bank account and decided to go to Capitec bank but their consultant could not assist me because of my ID. I have made loans, accounts etc and no 1 has complained about my ID. I did have a bank account with them about 5 years ago and never closed it, yet still het this kind of BAD SERVICE
