I have been receiving messages & calls the whole day from AVAF regarding the account which they say it's in arrears, when i know I had made a payment mid last week, why they cant see the amount has nothing to do with me since the money is sitting somewhere on their accounts. i feel it's unacceptable that you would keep smsing or calling the client when you are sitting the money or before cchecking your accounts whether the client actually made the payment.
And on my december statement, there is an "unpaid amount' which is debited against the account, what amount is that? since my account had been up to date from day one. if there is an unpaid amount (which there isn't), why must it be added on the previous balance when it was never deducted in the first place (the unpaid amount would still be part of the outstanding balance and there should not be a need to debit the amount again).
Instead of giving clarity to the client, our representative (sthembiso) hanged up on me when i enquire about certain transactions on my account.
