Update my details

I have changed my cell number 16months ago. I changed the details in the bank.
I have done this 2 more times. This saturday being the most recent i explained to Claudia that even though my updates and some OTP s come to the new number others dont . this happens especially with online purchaces at the most inconvenient times. There seems to be no sense of responsability or accountability- surely its possible to change someones number on your system and if there is more than one department involved then i expect the bank to make sure all involved know . i do not work for the bank - i the customer only want access to the services i pay for.
