BAD SERVICE AND COLLECTING FEE AGAIN

Good Day,

I've used the services of loantracersa on 23062012 which in any case never resulted on any successfull loan. However there conditions state the paralegal service for a year which is in included in there once off subscription.

In February 2012 I have been dismissed from my previous employer and required assistance from there paralegal service, to date NO RESPONSE. I have also reported this on hellopeter and just got a standard response there after no further feedback. I received renewal email on May 14 and replied PLEASE DO NOT RENEW and as per usual, received a response from the email address please contact customer service as this is an unmonitored email address. Yet, it's convenient for LTSA to advise a so called client via email about renewal, no phone call, yet the client cant reply to that email, you need to call them.

On 25/06/2013 debit order of R399. was paid to Loantracer. I would like to have this money refunded ASAP and also be advised, that I've reported this to the Ombudsman for financial services as well as the National Loans Register and if no response, I'm taking legal action over a R399. How many R399's is collected from innocent people?
