Legalwise seningijwayela amasimba manje, this happened last year ans it's happening again this year, u just do as u please on people's accounts u just increase fees without notifiying your customers, i did not even a message from u or a letter notifying me of this increase i had to find out on my bank statement, u disgust me, thank u for a service again
