The service that i experienced at the standard bank call centre was unbelievable, i made a transfer using online banking and there was an error that occurred, the charges is more than the money i had to transfer, the money is going into an account that does not receive RANDS as it is an eBucks account.
they could not assist me and i got an upfront NO as i refuse to pay the amount, they could not even advise me where the funds are, as the money is out of the account and is not in the eBucks account.
i transferred R200 and have to pay R263, that is madness
