I paid my account as usual on the 25 of last month and till today it has not been allocated, i even sent the proof of payment to accounts a week ago,
i even got a sms saying my account is overdue? i have had RCS for many years and have never paid late,
i have called the call center many time and they cannot help me why it has not been allocated?
it must be allocated before lunch today or I'm going to go to every social media network i can find and warn them about the poor service i am receiving from RCS, please help!!
