A guy bumped my car 2 mnths ago. A wk later, it broke down. Caliper pins popped out (Wonder why??) After being messed around by the guy who bumped me, I claimed from Miway who wud get their payment back from him. Lo & behold, he happens to b a Miway client which meant he wud claim from them. To protect themselves, they made me sort out the caliper pins. Said it wasn't due to the accident. Had to buy the entire caliper just for da pins but didn't complain. They had my car repaired at an autobody shop instead of a Mercedes Dealership. They replaced my exhaust with a second-hand one. That was not stated in their quote to me. My chassis was bent. Instead of straightening the back of my car, they pot-riveted it!! Now the engine piston is misfiring. I never had a problem with my car. Its sent to them & it comes back with problems. I complained. They lost my address and didn't collect yesterday. I asked them for a courtesy car while they fixed it. Said it was irrelevant. If they'd fixed it properly in the 1st place, I would b using it. It is relevant!! I lost R650 worth of music lessons that forfeited because I couldn't attend. No car! They didn't seem to care. Has'nt called me back yet.
