I took out a policy almost 2 months ago for a warrenty on my vehicle. I could not understand some of the working with regards to where I could service my car (what types of workshops, what accreditations they need to have, any affiliations etcc). I emailed [Email Removed], thew initial guys who had sent me the policy wording. A lady named Tanita then forwarded my email to'[email protected]', to date I have not received a respopnse to my email. All I got was an sms from the claims department telling me that my item service component is not covered.. I have not claimed, I have just enquired about WHERE I can service my vehicle and whether the workshop need sto have any particular accreditations.

In the interim my vehicle has not been serviced, Holard doesnt care cos they got me on a waiting period anyways and wont pay for any resultant damage... This is pathetic, I want to cancell and demand a refund immediately... cant be dealing with such an incompetant organisation..
